PatientManager (nee EyeconX ™) is a unique Patient Relationship Management system offered through MDProfessional that optimizes doctor-patient relationships by leveraging technology to better inform, educate, and communicate.
EyeconX ™ does not use technology to replace existing relationships; it uses technology to strengthen them. Your patients will appreciate receiving relevant information relating to their individual diagnosis, conditions, interests and lifestyle needs.

PatientManager adds significant efficiency for the doctor and practice. Here is how it works:
1 - Patients are automatically registered when the email address is added to the MD Professional patient file.
2- A welcome letter from the practice provides each patient with a personalized web page on which he/she may add personal information, family history, eyecare interests & hobbies that create a patient profile. 3
3- The profile is then directly accessible from ActionManager at Front Desk, the doctor's private office handler or in the Exam lane .
