ActionManager's "Checkin" station
ActionManager goes to work as soon as you schedule the patient's appointment. The icon appears on your Front Desk checklist just before the patient arrives, the complete patient file attached and ready to follow the patient throughout the office visit. Every key action at every workplace is already templated into ActionManager. Once the patient leaves, the file is transferred to Back Office. Should you forget, the icon remains on the Front Desk checklist as a gentle reminder. Nothing gets overlooked!
